Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant in Minnesota, offering part-time, non-exempt hours with shifts from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., including every other weekend and holidays.

The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, meals, and wellness, while maintaining safety and dignity in a supportive environment. Compensation ranges from $19 to $23.65 per hour based on experience and location, with benefits including retirement, health coverage, PTO, and professional development

• Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification preferred / may be required for some levels.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English well for staff, residents, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care and life skills while respecting preferences.
• Encourage engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities to improve quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and assist with transition to their new home.
• Perform other duties to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

As a Resident Assistant At Vivie, You Will

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
