Job summary

Kisco Senior Living seeks a Resident Assistant for the First Colonial Inn in Virginia Beach, VA. The role supports residents with daily activities and fosters a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Shifts include 2p-10p and 6a-2p/2p-10p; base pay starts at $17.25–$17.45 per hour with an additional $1.50 evening differential. A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA or PCA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Pay & Shift Differentials

• $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months

• Base Pay $ 17.25 - 17.45/hour
• Evening Shift $18.95/hour (includes $1.50 differential)
