Vivie in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting dignity and companionship. The role includes meal support, mobility assistance, and contributing to a safe living environment.

You will work with nursing staff to monitor health and wellbeing, participate in social and wellness activities, and help residents transition smoothly into their new home.

Competenze

• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting and mobility.

Schedule: Part Time | 12 hours/pay period | 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. | Includes every other weekend and every 3rd holiday

Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Resident Assistant At Vivie, You Will

This Job Also Requires

• Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred and may be required for some levels of assisted living).
• Ability to pass a state-required background study.
• Physical ability to perform the duties required by the position.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.
