Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant in Minnesota. You will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting dignity, joy, and companionship. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and meaningful engagement in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a state background study.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well.
• Previous caregiver/personal care experience preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to perform the duties required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

Job description

Schedule: On-Call | Pick up a minimum of 3 shifts per month
Pay Range: $19 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

This Job Also Requires
