Job summary

Vivie is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant in Little Falls, MN to provide hands-on support to residents and help create a caring community. You will assist with daily activities, meals, safety, and companionship in a respectful, patient-focused setting.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
• Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well‑being to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

Schedule: Part Time | 40 hours/pay period | 2:30 p.m. to 11p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. | Incudes every other weekend and holiday

Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Resident Assistant At Vivie, You Will
