Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Osseo, MN invites compassionate, detail-oriented candidates to join as a Resident Assistant. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with personal care, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while documenting observations and progress.

You will also assist with onboarding new Associates and contribute to a caring, empowering culture. Strong communication, reliability and the ability to manage priorities are essential in this nonprofit

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
