Job summary

Benedictine Living in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and foster meaningful relationships within a respectful environment.

You will observe, document daily progress, assist with onboarding of new associates, and help maintain residents' personal spaces. Qualifications include medication administration training, English communication, multitasking, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
