Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. You will document observations and assist with onboarding new Associates, contributing to compassionate, person-centered care.

The role emphasizes English communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a non-profit senior care setting with a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
