Home Again Assisted Living Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to create a warm, caring home for residents. Join a team that values kindness, reliability, and helping others in daily activities.

We offer part-time and full-time hours on three shifts, with competitive pay and benefits. You’ll assist with bathing, meals, mobility, and participate in enriching activities while supporting a collaborative team.

• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.

Part Time And Full Time Hours Available

• 1st Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• 2nd Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• 3rd Shift 10:00p-6:00a
