Job summary

Home Again offers rewarding care roles where you can make a daily difference for residents. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide compassionate care, assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility, and support a welcoming community.

We have 1st-3rd shifts, part-time or full-time hours, competitive pay, health/dental/vision, and instant pay options. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to at-home living and meaningful activities for elders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.

Part Time And Full Time Hours Available

• 1st Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• 2nd Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• 3rd Shift 10:00p-6:00a
