Job summary

Home Again Assisted Living Inc. is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to help create a warm, at-home environment for residents in Waunakee, Wisconsin. You will provide daily living support and participate in enriching activities, while collaborating with a caring team.

We offer part-time and full-time shifts, with 3rd shift hours. Join a community that values dignity, respect, and quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and desire to work with older adults.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
