Home Again Assisted Living Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to provide kind, respectful care to our residents in a warm, home-like environment.

You will assist with daily activities and mobility, support dining and meals, and help create meaningful life enrichment experiences. We offer part-time and full-time shifts (AM/PM/NOC), competitive pay, health benefits, and opportunities such as CNA reimbursement and full paid CBRF training.

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.

Part Time And Full Time Hours Available

• AM Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• PM Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• NOC Shift 10:00p-6:00a
