Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support memory care residents with daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, while preserving their dignity and independence. The Caydance community is located at 24802 Kingsland Blvd in Katy, TX.

You will assist with daily living activities, observe changes, participate in programming, and help with dining and housekeeping. CNA certification is a plus; dementia care experience is preferred, and strong English

Competenze

• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Mansioni

• Care for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (wardrobe, hygiene, mobility).
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming and monitor resident well-being; observe and report changes.
• Conduct rounds to identify hazards and respond to incidents; assist dining and escort to meals.
