Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Resident Assistant for memory care in a community focused on dignity and independence. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and participate in programmed activities with a team that places Residents First.

The role requires compassionate, dependable individuals with strong English communication. CNA certification is a plus but not required; experience with dementia care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, wardrobe and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, dining support, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to supervisor; conduct rounds to monitor safety.
