Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care in Texas. You will support residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility, while ensuring their safety and dignity in a team-focused environment.

The role includes night shifts (10:00 pm–6:00 am) with benefits including telemedicine, on-demand pay, 401(k) matching, and tuition assistance. CNA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents and assist in dining including escorting to dining room, serving, and cleanup.
• Help with housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
