Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents in memory care, spanning independence to enhanced care. You will help with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and mobility while preserving dignity.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with empathy and patience.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience with dementia care is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in resident programming and report changes in condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards and incidents and escort residents to dining areas.
