Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for our memory care community in Daphne, AL. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, upholding dignity and independence.

Role includes participating in resident programming, observing changes in condition, and assisting with dining and daily tasks. CNA preferred but not required, with a focus on clear communication and team collaboration.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned.
