Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a Resident Assistant/Medication Manager at FieldStone DeWitt, IA to administer medications and assist residents with daily living activities. You’ll monitor health, document care, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safety and comfort.

This role is 3rd shift, part-time with shift differentials and opportunities for education reimbursement and benefits. Must be 18+ with 1 year of Assisted Living or LTC experience, and pass required screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of Assisted Living or LTC experience.
• Experience with medication management protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Resident Assistant/Medication Manager, you will:

• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
• 3rd shift, Part Time, 10:00- 6:30 am

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication)
• 1 year of previous Assisted Living or LTC experience
