WesleyLife in Washington, IA is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, administer medications per schedule, and monitor health while documenting all care activities. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compassionate assistance in a skilled care setting.

Open shifts include Full-time 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) with competitive pay, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assisted Living or LTC experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

As a Resident Assistant, You Will

• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

• Full-time 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication)
• 1 year of previous Assisted Living or LTC experience

Compensation & Flexibility

• The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift-$3.00/hr, 3rd Shift-$4.00/hr and Weekends-$1.00/hr
