Responsibilities

• Provide personal, hands-on care including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and daily living activities.
• Assist with organizing, cleaning, laundry and meal support for residents.
• Prepare and administer medications after certification and under nurse supervision.
• Document resident interactions and communicate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold residents' rights and dignity and support teamwork to meet needs promptly.
