Job summary

The Cedars Assisted Living at Madrid Home in partnership with Western Home Communities seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant/Medication Manager. You will provide resident care under nurse supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and support medication administration within a team-focused, family-like setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents per care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Promptly respond to calls and document interactions.
• Assist with meals, laundry, cleaning, and activities as needed.
• Support medication duties as assigned by nurse, including administration.
