Daily Pay

Job summary

Juniper Communities in Lancaster, PA is seeking care associates who will be trained to become Med Techs. Full time, part time or PRN shifts are available, with weekend work required.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with a $1 shift differential for Overnight. A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered for PT/FT resident associates hired between 7/1/2026 and 9/1/2026; DailyPay is available to staff for on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Medication Tech Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
