Job summary

Juniper Communities in State College, PA is hiring a part-time Medication Technician for the overnight shift from 11 pm to 7 am. You will assist with medication administration, daily living activities, and help residents stay engaged and safe.

High school diploma or equivalent and a Medication Tech Certification are required. You will need strong communication with residents, families, and the care team to provide excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Monitor vital signs as instructed and report changes.
• Communicate effectively with care team and families to ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents and staff.
