Job summary

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, phone use, dining, and program participation.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
