Job summary

Juniper Communities is hiring part-time Care Aides to support memory care residents. Shifts are 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–11 pm. Immediate start with competitive wages. Must have strong memory care experience and dedication to resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, phone use, dining, and program participation.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role:Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.

Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.

Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
