Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking care aides to support residents in a senior living setting, helping with daily living activities, safety, and engagement.

Roles include medication administration, vital signs, and strong teamwork to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Tech Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

**$1000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PT/FT CERTIFIED MED TECHS if hired between 7/1/2026-9/1/2026**

Sign On Bonus Pay Out Schedule

• $250 when 30 days is achieved
• $250 when 90 days is achieved
• $500 when 1 year is achieved

Full time, Part time or PRN all shifts available, weekend availability required

Full time overnight shift-Sign on bonus and Shift Diff!

Pay: $17-19 per hour based on experience and certification
