Sagora Senior Living seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and personal care in our Maplewood community. You will help with mobility, hygiene, and dignity while promoting independence.

Join a team dedicated to resident-first care and values like commitment, empowerment, and teamwork. CNA certification is a plus, but not required; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members in English.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents; assist in dining.

Education
