Job summary

Leisure Care LLC in Rio Rancho, NM, seeks a Resident Assistant II to provide compassionate, hands-on support for residents. You will assist with daily living activities, help with medications, and may serve as shift lead to keep residents safe and comfortable.

You will work with a team, observe and report changes, train new staff, and contribute to a warm, respectful home environment. Previous caregiving experience preferred; CNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults or those with dementia.
• Active CNA is a plus!

As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands‑on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead. You'll be part of a team that keeps our residents safe, happy, and feeling right at home.
