Leisure Care in Florida is seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team. This role places you at the heart of our community as a compassionate caregiver, helping residents with daily living activities and a range of supportive tasks.

You will work with a dedicated team to monitor resident needs, assist with medications when needed, mentor new staff, and contribute to a safe, happy home environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults or those with dementia.
• Active CNA is a plus!
• Medtech certificate is required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands‑on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead. You'll be part of a team that keeps our residents safe, happy, and feeling right at home.
