Job summary

Home Again Assisted Living is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. If you’re dependable, patient, and passionate about helping others, we’d love to have you on our team.

You’ll provide kind care, assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility, respond to call lights, and support Life Enrichment activities. Part-time or full-time schedules are available, including the 10:00 pm–6:00 am shift.

Qualifications

• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges.
• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
