Home Again offers Resident Assistant roles that enable you to care for residents with warmth and respect in a welcoming community. You’ll support daily activities, meals, mobility, and enrichment programs while collaborating with a caring team.

This role welcomes compassionate individuals who value teamwork and outstanding service for older adults. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with AM, PM, and overnight options to fit different schedules and work–life needs.

• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 16 years or older.

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly

Part Time And Full Time Hours Available

• AM Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• PM Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• NOC Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do:

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)

• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
