Home Again Living is seeking caring Resident Assistants to create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. If you're compassionate and dependable, we'd love to have you on our team.

We offer competitive pay, health benefits, instant pay options, CNA reimbursement, and full paid CBRF training. Part-time and full-time shifts are available across three daily shifts.

• Must be 16 years or older.

Mansioni

• Provide kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Assist with meals, dining, and mobility support (wheelchair or walking).
• Offer friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Respond to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engage residents in Life Enrichment activities.
• Support the team with other tasks to keep the community running smoothly.

Part Time and Full Time Hours Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• 2nd Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• 3rd Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do:

Every day, you'll make a difference by:

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities

• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)

• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities

• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency

• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful

• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges

• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Must be 16 years or older
