Home Again Assisted Living Inc. is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to create a warm, at-home environment for residents. You will provide respectful care, assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility support while supporting a dedicated team.

Part-time and full-time shifts are available, including 3rd shift 10:00p-6:00a. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement in daily life with residents.

What You'll Do:

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
