Job summary

Home Again Assisted Living Inc. is hiring Resident Assistants to provide kind and compassionate care to residents in a welcoming community. You will assist with daily activities, meals, mobility, and engaging residents in enriching activities.

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
