Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors with daily activities and enhance quality of life. You’ll provide personalized assistance, help with social engagement, and maintain a safe, respectful living environment in our community.

Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and every other weekend; full-time/part-time options available. Certification is not required to apply, and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving work experience (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP).
• Memory care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage to maintain well‑being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
