Job summary

The Arbor Company in Fort Myers is seeking a Caregiver to provide personalized care to seniors, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence in a supportive, respectful environment. You will work with a friendly team that values growth, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for training; certification is not required, but 6 months of caregiving experience helps.

Memory care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification/license not required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
