Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support seniors in daily living activities in a friendly, resident-centered environment. This is a part-time role with a 2pm-10pm schedule and every other weekend, located in Virginia.

You must hold a VA CNA/PCA license and have at least six months of relevant care experience to join our compassionate team. We offer growth opportunities, paid time off, and a supportive work culture that values each team member.

Qualifications

• Must have VA CNA/PCA license for this position.
• Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.

• Part-Time
• 2pm-10pm
• Every other weekend required
