Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors in Manassas, VA. This part-time role covers 2pm–10pm shifts with every-other-weekend requirements, focusing on daily living activities and resident engagement in a respectful, supportive environment.

You will help residents stay active, socialize, and maintain safety while working with a friendly team dedicated to quality elder care. A VA CNA/PCA license is required, with room to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have VA CNA/PCA license.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.

Available Schedules:

• Part-Time
• 2pm-10pm
• Every other weekend required

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must Have a VA CNA/PCA License for this position
• Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
• Memory Care experience is a plus!
