Job summary

First Colonial Inn, operated by Kisco Senior Living, seeks a Resident Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through compassionate care and meaningful connections. You will assist with daily activities, support independence, and contribute to a welcoming, person-centered environment.

This role is full-time (2p-10p) with additional part-time 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, offering a base rate of $17.75-$18.25/hr plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Weekend availability and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification current.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards.

The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and meaningful connections. This position supports residents with daily activities, encourages independence, and helps create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive while receiving exceptional person-centered care.

• $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months

Schedules Full Time 2p-10p & Part Time 1st & 2nd shift

Resident Assistant (RA)

• Base Rate $17.75 - $18.25/hr
• Evening Shift Differential +$1.50/hr
