Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Mountain Iron, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily activities and promote dignity and comfort. You will work as part of a caring team to create moments of joy and meaningful connection.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, and block shifts; wages up to $21.00 per hour based on experience, with shift differential and benefits for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Applicants must be 18+ to be eligible; CNA license exemption applies for under 18 with CNA certification per regulations

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance
• Dressing and grooming support
• Feeding assistance
• Management of dementia-related behaviors
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and treatments
• End of life care
• Meal preparation
• Activities
• Daily housekeeping and laundry
