Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Mountain Iron, MN is seeking a caring Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and dignity.

The role offers flexible shifts (6:30AM-2:30PM, 2:30PM-10:30PM, 10:30PM-6:30AM) with no mandated shifts beyond your schedule, wage up to $21/hour, and benefits for full-time staff. Applicants must be 18+ and pass a DHS background study; CNA license exemption may apply.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; CNA license exemption considered under applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing.
• Dressing and grooming.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care.
• Meal preparation.
• Activities.
• Daily housekeeping and laundry.
