Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Mountain Iron, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and comfort.

Flexible opportunities include full-time or part-time shifts with a rotating schedule, enabling work-life balance. Compensation ranges up to $21/hour with shift differential.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older (with CNA exception rules as applicable).
• Ability to provide a supportive and dignified environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including mechanical lifts).

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
