Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Proctor, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our expanding team. You’ll support residents with daily living activities, promote dignity, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment.

Flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, and block shifts) and a pay rate up to $21/hour with shift differential reflect our commitment to work-life balance and recognizing experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS Background Study.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older; exception: individuals under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid CNA license.
• Provide a supportive and dignified environment for our aging population.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance for residents.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End-of-life care as needed.
• Meal preparation and dining support.
• Engagement in activities and daily housekeeping/laundry.
