Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and moving around.
• Follow each resident’s care plan and report changes to the nurse on duty.
• Respond quickly when residents need help.
• Get to know residents and their families.
• Support the nursing team with delegated tasks.
