Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide compassionate personal care to our senior living residents. You will assist with daily living activities, grooming, mobility, feeding, and medications under RN supervision to help residents maintain independence and dignity.

This full-time evening role offers a stable schedule with a shift differential and a supportive team environment focused on quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience
• Ability to use technology (computers, handheld devices, cell phones, fax machines)
• If under 18, must be on the MN NA registry

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Assist with health-related tasks under RN supervision (blood glucose monitoring, medications)
• Monitor residents and report changes to staff and care plans
• Support daily living activities and household tasks as needed
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols
