Job summary

Northern Lakes Senior Living in Baxter, MN, seeks a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and health-related services under RN direction. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility, with medication support as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to use technology (computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines).
• If under 18 must be on MN NA registry and site restrictions.
• Preferred 1-3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and daily activities.
• Administer medications under RN direction and monitor vitals as directed.
• Support meal service and assist with social and recreational activities.
• Observe residents and report changes to staff promptly.
