The Arbor Company is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for Canton, GA to support seniors during 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM shifts. Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available, with values-centered care and growth opportunities.

You will assist with activities of daily living, encourage social interaction, and help create a safe, thriving environment for residents. Certification is not required, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
• Certification/ License is NOT Required.
• Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.
