The Arbor Company is seeking a Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living activities, fostering social interaction, and ensuring safety in a caring community. This role offers both Part-Time and Full-Time options.

Applicants with a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of caregiver experience (CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP) are encouraged to apply; certification is not required. Memory care experience is a plus.
