Job summary

Arbor Terrace Acworth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Every other weekend may be required. The Arbor Company proudly recognizes Great Place To Work® status and honors Fortune Magazine's Best Workplaces in Aging Services.

As a CNA, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting independence and quality of life while working with a warm, welcoming team at Arbor Terrace Acworth.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience preferred.
• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate heart, dependable work ethic, and passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Encourage resident independence while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
• Partner with nurses and the care team to deliver resident-centered care.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred

• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care experience is a plus
