Job summary

A senior living community in Sedalia is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and prior experience in long-term care or assisted living. Responsibilities include personal care, assisting with social activities, and collaborating with the nursing staff to ensure each resident's well-being. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts are available, including days, evenings, and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living environment is preferred.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities
